I am Jcarrcwalk. Though long years have wizened my visage (or
something) I may be remembered by some few here. (And from the
activity, it seems like not many...)

I will be in Edinburgh in early July at a conference. After July 4th,
I will spend some time in the surrounding area. If any of you
Creatures peoples live in the area and would care to meet thereabouts
to reflect on the past days of glory, I will buy you a coffee, hot
chocolate, or (age permitting) alcoholic beverage of your choice and a
location determined by you.

It will be my first time in the UK (I am excited).

Well, I'm still around here, but barring any lurkers there's not a
single person out here in the area... Which means your chances aren't
that bad. The lurkers are definitely in the majority by a large margin
these days.

Sorry, not in the area, but if anyone ever gets to Adelaide, yell out! If
you time it right you might even meet my son as well.

I can support Emmel's comment on lurk-to-post ratio. Well, not really.
One lurker delurking to lurk-support doesn't say much about the
lurking population of lurkers.

... And I only come by maybe once a week on average. Usually in
groupings. And even less since my ISP seems to have killed their
usenet service... ah well.
